Directed by Marc Forster
Finding Neverland is simply a Good Movie.
I googled James M. Barrie - and I saw that there
is some underlying issue with him - but really -
what counts here is what he gave us and that is
what I am focusing on.
Some highlights for me are:
~when Johnny Depp does the dance with the dog (it's
always about doing the dance and always about the dog
folks cause they are always there for ya and don't let
ya down)
~anytime Dustin Hoffman makes an appearance
~jumping on the bed - with kids it's always about jumping
on the bed
~symbolic rain in the theatre
~and this is about Johnny Depp - in what I think is his
finest moment when he isn't dressed up as a character - but
of course there are Others
~Julie Christie
~why did she have to die in order to go to Neverland?
~why does someone always have to die?
Overcrowding of the Planet perhaps
